All operations carried out between DOTS CAMBODIA and the client are governed by the following general conditions


The prices indicated on the website www.dotscambodia.com are detailed with the inclusion of value-added tax (V.A.T.) 

Prices do not include shipping costs.


The payment of the orders will be made by ABA.

The payment results in the confirmation of the order. Without payment, the order is not processed. When payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email is sent and the order begins to be processed.

In the case of payment by ABA, the payments made will be validated by the bank, and, once accepted, we will automatically receive the payment confirmation.


All the products that appear on the website specify the units that remain in stock. If available stock is not specified, the purchase can be made in the same way. In the event of supply difficulties or in the event of a lack of stock, we will inform you by email and reimburse the customer for any amount paid. The delivery period begins to be calculated when the order is formalized and the payment of the product is made.


The transport companies used for shipments of purchases made from DOTS CAMBODIA  are GRAB Delivery (paid by receiver) in Phnom Penh and J&T Express ($5) elsewhere in Cambodia.

Products in stock are managed immediately after payment confirmation. If products are not available, the order cannot be finalized.

Dots Cambodia offers 2 delivery times per day, from Monday to Saturday. Orders will ship at approximately 10.30am and 4pm. All orders confirmed 1 hour before the next delivery time will be included in that delivery.

In the event that there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products or unforeseen/extraordinary circumstances occur, DOTS CAMBODIA will inform the customer that the delivery terms may vary. If this is the case, the customer may choose to cancel the order and obtain a full refund of the amount paid.


All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@dotscambodia.com


Products purchased from DOTS CAMBODIA have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, except for those in which another term is specified. The purchase invoice is the guarantee document.

In the event of a defective product, DOTS CAMBODIA may offer the customer the exchange for an equivalent one or agree to a discount or full refund of the amount paid.

In any case, as long as it is possible to replace the defective product with a correct one, we will not proceed to the refund of the amount. In this case, the shipping costs will always be covered by DOTS CAMBODIA.
